PARKING ON PAVEMENTS - FRECKLETON ROAD-KIRKHAM

PARKING ON PAVEMENTS - FRECKLETON ROAD-KIRKHAM

We have received complaints regarding cars that are parking fully on the pavements on Freckleton Road, Kirkham, up by the Kirkham Bypass end of the street

This is stopping school children passing on pavements and wheelchairs, mobilty scooters and prams, forcing people into the road which is unsafe

We have visited local office units and spoke to people parking there, but still the problem is persistent

Local Neighbourhood Community Beat managers have issued Fines to the cars that park there and be Warned will continue to do so

Please do not park there find alternative safer parking places in the area
